Shabby Chic Productions is a Los Angeles based production company created in 2010 by Jessica Noboa with the vision to create character-driven content.  Jessica has a degree from UCLA's school of Theater, Film and Television, where she trained in acting and storytelling.  She is currently a member of the Road Theatre Company in North Hollywood.

In January 2012 Jessica teamed up with Co-Producer Alina DeBellis, whom she met while studying at UCLA.  Alina also graduated from UCLA's school of Theater, Film and Television with degrees in both Directing and Creative Writing.  Since graduating Alina has produced and directed several shows in New York and LA including Delicate Nothing for Manhattan Repertory Theater and most recently We Are Gathered Here and The Auditor for cARTel: Collaborative Arts LA.

The company's first short film, Bridesmaid #3,  was an official selection of the 2012 New York City International Film Festival.  Presently the company is in post-production for their independent film, Gumball, and pre-production for their next short Welcome to the Woods in association with Phileon Productions. Together they strive to develop and produce new original content that is integral to the human experience, venturing in to the fantasies of “real life” through short films, web series, documentaries and feature films.
